How to Decoupage Home Decor

Apply the bits of paper or fabric to your item. Use a popsicle stick or the plastic end of your foam brush to smooth the bubbles and squish the excess medium out. Keep adding bits until the item is covered. You can adjust the design as you go by adding more medium and moving the paper and fabric around until it suits you.
