How to Decoupage Home Decor

Decoupage is an easy and cheap way to personalize a chair, table, frame, or lamp. But before you start, clean the item thoroughly with a non-oil cleaner. Then lightly sand the surface with a fine sandpaper and clean again. Let dry.
