This fall picnic idea featured over at The Marion House Book has me longing for a day lounging in the fallen autumn leaves, eating slivers of manchego cheese atop rosemary-infused bread while drinking hot chocolate from a vintage thermos. The tartan-plaid woolen blanket and prints seem to scream fall and football season, and I love the rustic feel of the other "table" decorations and food items.
However, the greatest thing about picnics is that they are super budget-friendly. There is no furniture needed and food can be nothing more than paper-plate-worthy finger goodies. So pull out a blanket and stay out late, counting the first autumn solstice star and watching the moon rise.See more about The Marion House Book's autumn-inspired picnic.
